Cépage is located on the trendy Starstreet and occupies three floors. You can expect to have French-Mediterranean cuisine, discreet service and an amazing wine selection. Old elegance and contemporary design have been mixed together into a very appealing dining space for the 42 guests. In addition to the main dining room on the second floor you will also have the option to any of the two private dining rooms offered. On top of the restaurant you will find a rooftop bar as well for drinks both before and after your meal.
The Kay Ngee Tan Architects really did a great job when they designed the restaurant featuring huge windows, 100 years old antique chandeliers and an ambience found only in the world’s best dining rooms. All about Cépage shines of luxury so dress for success and splurge yourself for an evening which will set you back a bit, but you will spend it at one of the best French eateries in Hong Kong.
Head Chef Sebastien Lepinoy has spent his whole career at top restaurants since the beginning of his culinary journey which started in 1990. He was trained by the legendary Joël Robuchon so a better master is impossible to find. Chef Lepinoy does not copy anyone but adds his own personal touch into all his cooking using only the freshest seafood catches of the day from Japan, and most of the other ingredients are flown in daily from France.
In addition to excellent cooking offering delicious food you will also have access to one of Hong Kong’s best wine collections of more than 2,400 labels and several thousands of bottles. You can even buy your own wines from the retail shop belonging to the same restaurant group at the ground floor of the restaurant.
Cépage is synonymous with top French haute cuisine and one of the obvious choices if you are looking for a top meal.
