Examples are Mekong River prawn, prahok-spiked salads, stuffed baby calamari with straw mushrooms. 'The Dining Room' also looks out on a 100 years old banyan tree tucked into a courtyard. ‘The Living Room’ offers high tea, light luncheons and tasty tapas in the evenings. Freshly made sandwiches, pizzas and ice cream are available at ‘The Glasshouse Deli’.
At the Park Hyatt Siem Reap's spa, which has six treatment rooms, massages and other services use locally sourced flowers and naturally occurring essences. Other leisure facilities include a hot tub and steam room. Guests have access to an infinity-edge pool, lap pool, and lush gardens to relax in.
