Location & Hotel
If you have not yet traveled to Singapore or Malaysia, you may be less familiar with the Resorts World brand, despite its presence in various parts of the world. Resorts World is a hospitality and casino brand developed by the Malaysian Genting Group, a company founded in 1965. Since the company was created, the Genting Group has been involved in developing and operating destination resorts in the Americas, Malaysia, Singapore, the United Kingdom, and the Bahamas. In addition to leisure and hospitality, the company has diversified its portfolio to also include palm oil plantations, power generation, oil and gas, property development, life sciences, and biotechnology.
When they decided to create the Resorts World property in Vegas, it was the first integrated resort built on the Las Vegas Strip in over a decade. The property opened its doors on June 24, 2021 and is situated on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip, ideally positioned across from the Las Vegas Convention Center Expansion and close to the Fashion Show Mall. A distinguishing feature is its incorporation of three premium brands under the Hilton umbrella: Las Vegas Hilton, the resort’s full-service brand, Conrad Las Vegas, Hilton’s contemporary luxury brand and Crockfords Las Vegas, part of Hilton’s collection of independent luxury properties. Together, these three brands offer 3 506 guest rooms and suites across a property that spans 88 acres on the Strip.
The property’s striking architecture is hard to miss when strolling along the Strip. The West Tower, home to the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World, features a 100 000-square-foot LED screen, one of the largest LED displays on any building worldwide. The other tower has a 19 000-square-foot LED screen, making both visually captivating landmarks. However, as impressive as the exterior is, the interior truly shines. The resort boasts a vast gaming floor, over fifty dining options, a large theater, nightlife venues, and a wide array of shops. If you really want, there is no need to go out into the Las Vegas heat. With the enormous offering of entertainment, food and gaming, you can easily spend your entire trip inside the same building.
Upon arrival at the property, ask your taxi driver to drop you off at the entrance of the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World. This allows you to access the hotel directly, bypassing a long walk through the casino. Something which is a huge advantage compared to what you might experience in other hotels at the Strip. The lobby, although not as expansive as one might expect for a property of this size, is warm, welcoming, and very tastefully decorated. The check-in area is on the left, with a cozy seating area to the right. Walking straight ahead leads to an area filled with shops and restaurants, which eventually opens up to the casino. Access to the guest rooms is located on the right side of the lobby, with a small convenience store marking the way to the elevator banks. From Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, the Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World can be reached via a taxi journey of about twenty minutes.
Rooms & Suites
The Las Vegas Hilton at Resorts World boasts 1 678 guestrooms which are designed by Wilson & Associates.
