Condividere opened its doors in 2018. It was opened by the coffee company Lavazza in the grounds of their new headquarters in Turin, Italy.
The restaurant is a collaboration between Ferran Adria the father of El Bulli and Lavazza and is run by Head Chef Federico Zanasi.
It is a dining experience which combines unique flavours, creative flair and a contemporary design. The best of Italian flavours combined with the creativity of Spain.
The interior is designed by the three-time Oscar winner for the Art Direction Dante Ferretti (The Aviator, Sweeney Todd, Hugo Cabret). It reflects the areas factory background and is cool combination of steampunk, urban and oriental style.
It is in Borga Aurora a district just a short walk from the Turin city centre. The stunning visual effects are amplified by the clock wall, maestro Ferretti’s tribute to the most treasured value of the Twenty-first Century: Time.
CONDIVIDERE by Lavazza is an initiative from the famous coffee brand and designed by Ferran Adrià (El Bulli). The kitchen and the management of the restaurant is in the hands of Federico Zanasi, a young and ambitious Italian chef.
The restaurant is inspired by the history of Italian cuisine, which Chef Zanasi analysed for months under the careful guidance of Ferran Adrià. Zanasi reinterpreted this cuisine with a unique mix of tradition and innovation.
The dishes are rooted in Piemontese and Italian cuisine with new takes on classic dishes like agnolloti al plan. You will also find some Ferran Adria signature dishes like spherical olive or the famous Ticket cheese cake.
When you end with the dessert you are invited into a new space where you also will enjoy a selection of Lavazza’s coffee. The service is relaxed, professional and attentive and some dishes are also prepared at the table.
Condividere is much more than a place where people go to enjoy food. It is a dreamlike film set, a welcoming theatre, an urban environment shining with rich colours. It is a space for you to feel comfortable in, where you can discover both exquisite cuisine and the pleasure of being with others.
