Other examples of dishes which will bring you to gourmet heaven are the small mackerels grilled on salt crust with truffle cabbage and redcurrant delights, and the wood and leaves beef basted in pearly grape juice with creamy potatoes, on one hand, grande tradition souffléed, on the other.
