The chef
Chef Aggelos Bakopoulos, originally from Pyrgos, refined his culinary craft while studying gastronomy in Heraklion, Crete. His distinguished career includes notable roles at some of Greece’s premier restaurants, such as five years as head chef at Katikies Mykonos and Katikies Santorini. Prior to his current position in Mykonos, he managed the restaurant kitchens at Lesante Cape Resort & Villas on Zakynthos. Chef Aggelos is praised for his disciplined, methodical approach to cooking and has garnered numerous awards for his refined culinary style. He is also actively involved in various culinary projects both in Greece and internationally.
