The hotel
The St. Regis Bangkok is one of Bangkok’s finest and most exclusive hotels. With its opening in 2011, it is also one of the city’s newest luxury hotels. The hotel is located in the upscale business and shopping district Rajadamri. It faces the Royal Bangkok Sports Club and the Rajadamri sky train station is located inside the hotel’s building. It takes about 40 minutes to reach the Suvarnabhumi international airport by car. The St. Regis is housed in a modern, sleek, 47-storey skyscraper, where it occupies the ground floor and several other floors – all the way up to the top – housing the rooms. The St. Regis Bangkok is a state-of-the-art example of contemporary Thai luxury, combining the best from Thai tradition and modern hospitality.
Rooms & Suites
The 229 rooms at the St. Regis Bangkok are exquisitely styled and aim to redefine luxury in Bangkok. Guests have the choice between 176 luxurious guest rooms, 51 suites, a 4-Bedroom Residence and The Owner’s Penthouse. All of them offer floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views of Bangkok’s skyline and/or the Royal sports club. Rooms and suites range from 45sqm to 250sqm, offering plenty of space.
The interior of the rooms is warm, combining grey, brown, gold and blue colours with atmospheric lighting. Decoration includes Thai artwork, stylish lamps, beautiful and warm carpets and wooden floors. Plush furnishings and luxurious amenities (such as Remède toiletries and comfortable bathrobes) complete the experience. Marble bathrooms are spacious and feature big bathtubs, rain showers and double sinks. The suites also include freestanding bathtubs just in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a stunning bathing experience day and night. All rooms enjoy the discreet signature St. Regis Butler service, 24 hours a day.
Hotel assets
One of the main assets of the St. Regis Bangkok is the outdoor swimming Pool. Up in the air, but surrounded by a beautiful tropical landscape, it offers the perfect escape from busy Bangkok. There are plenty of sun loungers, offering shade as well as sunshine, and two bars for those thirsty. Great skyline views complete the pool experience.
When it comes to ultimate relaxation, the St. Regis excels with the Elemis Spa. With its 16 treatment areas, including two couple’s treatment Suites, Rasul chambers, Jacuzzis, a hammam, and several relaxation areas, this truly is a haven of wellness and wellbeing. For the sporty types, the exercise Room offers spectacular views for an enjoyable workout. It is fully fitted with TechnoGym equipment featuring built-in TV sets and advanced cardiovascular monitoring systems.
