Bayview – the beach resort is a beach hotel located on the idyllic Ngapali Beach in Myanmar’s Rakhine State. The hotel is set in tropical gardens and the rooms and facilities offer beautiful views on the beach or the garden. The property has a good location on the beach, offering access to nearby bars, restaurants and massage stalls. Relaxing on the idyllic beach while gazing at the tranquil beachlife of Ngapali is just wonderful.

The resort boasts 45 deluxe bungalows and rooms, including suites that are situated either directly at the beach, or in a beautiful exotic garden under countless palm trees. The deluxe garden rooms (48 square metres) feature a king size bed and a terrace or balcony. The deluxe garden view bungalows (44 square metres) have a king size bed plus extra bed and feature a terrace. The deluxe beach front bungalows (50 square metres) with king size beds have a terrace directly situated at the sea. The resort also has two executive suites with two bedrooms, a living room and a dining room. All of the rooms are minimally decorated, with lots of wood and local touches.

There are two restaurants at Bayview – the beach resort. The Catch is the poolside breakfast restaurant and the ideal location for bigger groups. The Sunset Bar offers a nice variety of fresh Ngapali seafood and Asian dishes, as well as a touch of Western food. Guests can enjoy the happy hour as a ‘night cap’ in the evening.

The resort also offers an outdoor pool, a local art gallery, a library, a wide range of (water) sport activities, a massage and beauty centre as well as guided tours with the hotel bus.
