Chalet V is a luxurious traditional-style chalet located in the beautiful La Tzoumaz town in Switzerland. With an amazing F&B offer, a wide array of wellness assets and luxurious rooms, it is an excellent choice for groups or families looking for that “touch of gold” in the mountains.
Location
Your holiday at the private luxury chalet, Chalet V, starts driving between the beautiful mountains along the Rhône River. Chalet V is situated in La Tzoumaz, a part of Verbier (Les 4 Vallées ski area).
This region is perfect for hiking, biking and skiing, but is also known as the largest wine region of Switzerland (The Valais). You drive through the vines while driving up to Chalet V.
You can arrive by car, by train or by plain. Genève is less than 2 hours driving from the chalet. When you are lucky to travel with a private jet, Sion airport is really close (25 minutes driving). A taxi service from the airport to Chalet V can be provided.
The chalet is located on Plateau de Villy, enjoying a micro-climate with over 300 sunny days a year and has stunning panoramic views over the Rhône valley and the Alps.
When arriving at Chalet V, Zoë and Patrick await you for a warm welcome with a glass of Champagne and some appetizers to start your holiday.
Hotel assets
After skiing, hiking, or just a day of wine tasting, you can relax in the beautiful wellness area from Chalet V. An all-year heated outdoor infinity pool with a beautiful view on the mountains, an extra-large hot tub, a sauna and a steam shower.
Also included are a daily housekeeping service, complementary toiletries and a concierge service for ski-passes, ski lesson bookings, restaurant reservations, taxi and travel arrangements, Heli skiing, etc.
Rooms
Chalet V can host up to 12 people in 5 bedrooms. All these bedrooms are different, one bedroom has bunk beds (ideal for children), the other rooms have double or twin beds.
The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony. There are 3 separate bathrooms aswell as a separate toilet, on two floors.
There is a lift connecting the different floors, a TV room, a retro-90’s pinball machine (a real pleasure for young and old), a table tennis table, an outdoor fire pit and 2 large barbecues.
Gastronomy
At Chalet V you can choose the self catered or fully catered option.
Self catered means that you have to provide the food and transport yourself during your holiday. Next to this, this includes (from December until April) the daily cleaning of the bathrooms, making up the beds, concierge service and disposal of garbage.
Fully catered means that chef Nicolas, together with Zoë provides you a delicious breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. All dietary requirements can be discussed prior to the arrival.
Breakfast is completely adjusted to the guest’s wishes, whether you love a sweet or salty breakfast, healthy or indulgent, … They make it happen.
At dinner time you can start with a special cocktail or mocktail of the day, accompanied by some appetizers. Followed by a delicious four-course dinner. During the stay the guests have access to complimentary soft drinks and beers.
Extra services that can be obtained at an additional charge are: a la carte wines and champagne available in the great wine cellar of Chalet V and a driver service from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.
